Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not do when using the AuraGrid website and Services.
This policy applies to every Customer and user and forms part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for anything done through your workspace, connected accounts and instructions.
1. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Services to:
- break any law or regulation, or help someone else to do so;
- send unsolicited or deceptive messages, make unlawful calls, or contact people without the consent the law requires;
- harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against people, or exploit or endanger children;
- impersonate a person or organization, hide that a message is automated where disclosure is required, or generate deceptive deepfakes;
- collect, scrape or process personal data unlawfully, or process sensitive data without a lawful basis and our written agreement;
- commit or facilitate fraud, scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, illegal gambling, or the sale of illegal goods or services;
- mislead consumers about prices, availability, results or debts, or use abusive, threatening or misleading debt-collection practices;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
- upload malware, probe or attack our or others' systems, bypass limits or security controls, or interfere with other customers;
- resell or provide the Services to third parties without our written permission, or use them to build a competing product;
- use the Services as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on a person;
- use the Services in violation of sanctions or export-control law.
2. AI-specific rules
- Keep human review in place for consequential, sensitive or uncertain cases.
- Do not try to override safety, approval or verification controls, or to make the system report an unconfirmed action as complete.
- Do not feed the Services data you are not entitled to use, or secrets such as passwords, card numbers or national ID numbers unless the product is designed and contracted for that purpose.
3. Security responsibilities
Protect your credentials, remove access for people who leave, and limit permissions to what is needed. Tell us promptly about suspected misuse or a security incident.
4. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been violated, we may investigate, require changes, remove content, suspend or end access, and report conduct to authorities. We will try to give notice and a chance to fix the problem unless urgent action is needed to protect people or the Services. Nothing here creates a duty for us to monitor customers' content.
